Spiritual Formation is talking one on one with another about our spiritual life. It is classes about the mystics, the Scriptures, the millennia of Christian theology. Spiritual Formation is what we do from birth, every day until we transition into the next life. It is social and reflective gatherings like Brews and Bros and Women at the Well. Spiritual formation is singing with the choir, marching for social action, volunteering for construction work days, giving a coat to a person who comes for free lunch.

SUNDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY - Every Sunday @ 10:00 A.M.

Sunday Morning Worship - Every Sunday @ 11:00 A.M.

Worship in the North Highland community is very different from most churches. It is authentically collaborative. Many voices and instruments improvise to create music. Prayers of the People are actually that: as people feel led to pray out loud, they stand at the microphone and pray - while others use the time and space to genuinely connect with God in silence. The sermon is called "dialogue proclamation" because the pastor begins the conversation, grounded in the Scriptures of the day, and opens, with questions, for the whole body to respond, out loud. Worship is a way to praise God, experience the guidance of the Spirit - and to know Christ, ourselves, and one another more intimately, because of the life sharing, integration of new ideas, and rich sense of belonging that happens in the moment.

LECTIO DIVINA - 1st & 3rd Sundays @ 10:00 A.M
